Rezidences UPE is a Class A energy efficient, modern and exquisitely modern pri-vate house complex located just 20 kilometers from the center of Riga – in Upesciems.
The house at Elenburgas Street 61 is one of the first completed energy efficient houses out of ten planned houses in the UPE residence. The House has a full finish with hallway and sanitary unit furniture.

Additional energy efficiency of the house is provided by:
- roof insulation 50 cm (cotton wool), end wall insulation – 20 cm, exterior wall-15 cm
- PVC 3 glass package energy efficient windows and display cases
- Special order front doors (10 cm thick)
- Heating - heat pump-air conditioner
- The roof of the house is prepared so that solar panels (batteries) can be placed on it
- Water supply - connection to centralized water supply networks.
- Electricity-connection to the electricity supply networks.

- The base furniture of the House will include - built-in hallway furniture and sanitary unit furniture. Furniture made of modern, high-quality materials with built-in household appliances and lighting
- The kitchen area is created in such a way that the entire courtyard area are comfortably and widely transparent.

The House has 3 bathrooms/wc. Bathrooms are equipped with functional furniture made of modern materials corresponding to the specifics of the premises.
Feeling of spaciousness, brightness and spaciousness in the house is created by large display windows and the play of lights throughout the house. For lighting, various design light fixtures are used, embedded both in the bottom of furniture surfaces, in the railing of stairs, in the ceiling and in the walls.

To ensure the safety of the building, an autonomous alarm system (on both floors and in the garage) and an intercom are installed.
