Upcott Barton is situated just to the east of Poughill, a popular hamlet positioned within unspoilt Mid Devon countryside. Poughill sits just 5 miles to the north of the town of Crediton which offers a whole host of day to day amenities including pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and a monthly farmers market. Since completion in 2015, the Roundhouse has been a great success and has since been used for mainly short term lets which has created a healthy income.
