Saalbach Hinterglemm is a wonderful dual season resort located within just over an hour’s drive from Salzburg airport and 2 hours 45 minutes from Munich airport.

Saalbach and Hinterglemm are 2 individual villages located next door to one another both boasting wonderful hotels, restaurants and boutique shops. Both villages are very family friendly with a fun après ski scene.

The Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm Leogang and Fieberbrunn region offers skiing pleasure at the highest level and is considered one of the largest and best ski resorts in Austria with 270 kilometres of pistes on your doorstep. There are 70 cable cars and lifts in the resorts, over 60 cosy ski huts, numerous snow parks,floodlit slopes and toboggan runs. . The Saalbach area ski card also covers neighbouring Zell-am-See and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier with 408 km of piste and 121 ski lifts in 3 premium ski areas.

A traditional four bedroom chalet located in a very secluded location with panoramic, unspoilt mountain views. Sitting on a plot of 802 sqm with a beautiful stream running past, the property boasts a very tranquil and undisturbed presence.

The chalet itself offers 141sqm of living space, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1 W/C, and an open plan dining and living area with a separate kitchen. The living area opens onto a large balcony with south facing/sunny views over the valley. There are also two terraces and parking for 3 cars.

The slopes are located only 200m away and in good conditions it is possible to ski all the way back to the chalet off-piste.
