Pop up front porch parties, chatting on the sidewalk, getting together to catch up on city news, life here is deliberately low key and the residents love it. With coffee in hand, you can watch the sunrise from the porch at number 72 and then again with cocktails in the evening as the moon comes into view. Whoever said, good things come in small packages, was right! Step inside and check out the very generous living room with its soaring ceiling and columned entrance to the kitchen. Park the car, grab your bikes and learn about uptown and downtown St Augustine from the slow lane.
