The estate doesn't produce wine on its own but relies on an external cellar for processing grapes.<br />The olive grove (6.5 ha) hosts approximately 3,000 trees with Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino and Pendolino varieties and grants the production of excellent extra virgin olive oil.<br />These are followed by woodland (42 hectares with coppice and high wood) and arable land (7.9 ha).
