The most interesting section of the estate is without a doubt the vineyard (12.5 ha), 50% of which is registered as Chianti. The estate doesn't produce wine on its own but relies on an external cellar for processing grapes.<br />The olive grove (6.5 ha) hosts approximately 3,000 trees with Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino and Pendolino varieties and grants the production of excellent extra virgin olive oil.<br />These are followed by woodland (42 hectares with coppice and high wood) and arable land (7.9 ha). Finally, we find gardens and unused land (16.1 ha). To this one must add the ongoing work on the multipurpose building which will host a fully-fledged high-capacity restaurant with a fully equipped kitchen, a wine bar for tasting and a conference hall for events.
