Description

Sutherland Forge is a Grade II listed cottage located on a private, secluded driveway in Tibberton. Across a gravel drive, through the front porch, opens into the sitting room on the left. A spacious room with views out French doors to ample gardens. There is underfloor heating in both the sitting room and dining room. There are features of exposed beams all around, showing character of the property. A beautiful inglenook fireplace sits in a brick wall, and there is quarry tiled flooring.

The bespoke kitchen is off the living room and has a Belfast sink, integrated dishwasher and room for a table. There is also a SMEG range oven and lots of wall units. There is a wet room down the hallway with a boiler, which also leads into the boot room with lighting and water heating, and has fantastic views of wildlife.

The property flows round beautifully from the living room into the dining room which has an oak staircase rising to the first floor. Round to the left is the principal bedroom, which is spacious with built in wardrobes and dual aspect windows. Next to this a dressing room with plenty of storage, this could also be used as another bedroom or study. There is also another bedroom and a bathroom with a roll top bath. The loft is also fully boarded.

Outside
