We offer about 110 hectares of vineyards in Romania, about 50 km from Arad (70 km from the Hungarian border). Of these, 78.38 hectares of vineyards are registered in the RPV (register of vineyards) with the IG appellation, 14 hectares are planted with vines that are not yet registered in the RPV but can be registered, 1.8 hectares are urban land that we rededicated to build the winery and 20 hectares are pasture, meadow, non-productive land and forest.On the property there are currently about 300 m² of outbuildings, including a 200 m² phytosanitary store, a workshop, a photovoltaic system, a water pumping system, etc., a 60 m² living space for workers, equipped with a gas boiler for hot water and heating, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms and a 40 m² storage area for wine and wine products.For the supply of the property we are equipped with a 10KW photovoltaic system and an automatic generator that takes over the production of electricity in case the sun is not enough, a borehole with an automatic pumping system and an LPG system for the production of heat and hot water.For the care and culture of the vines we have 4 tractors (Samme Dorado 104 100 HP, Samme Fruteto 2 90 HP, NewHoland TN70F 70 HP, Landini Rex 90 90 HP), a disc, a hoe with feelers, 2 shredders for vegetable residues from the vineyard and grass, a fertilizer spreader, 2 lawnmowers, 6 pumps for spraying vines, 2 pumps for vine herbicide, a dozer blade for maintaining roads and plot ends, a NewHoland SB 58 grape harvester and 2 trailers with auger for harvesting grapes from 2 tons and a universal trailer with 4 tons capacity.
