The new single-family house on three levels was designed to meet the
functional requirements of modern living standard, while maintaining the
authenticity of the place with its shape and materials.

The western facade is part of the inner rampart that is maximally
preserved and on which there is a glass gap to the southern neighbor, over
which beautiful views of the sea open up.

Seen from a distance, the tower within this rampart in a combination of
stone and glass and the tower of the neighboring house on the north side,
arranged in a traditional manner, give rhythm and form a harmonious whole
in the overall picture of the beautiful panorama of the old town of Herceg
Novi.
