This house was projected by the Brazilian architect Dirceu Lima and is inspired in Italian Villages, having doors and windows in noble wood, an office, a toilet, a wide living room with a fireplace, a TV room with air-conditioning, a kitchen with a central island, a barbecue pit with a double height ceiling connected to the kitchen with a hotplate, a wood burning stove, a grill for charcoal and a demolition wood table.
There are balconies directed to the lawn on all the house’s side, a pool with a cascade, a wet deck and LED lights, a hot tub, a kiosk with a steam room, a bathroom with a shower and a separate caretaker’s house.
