Lot 1: 127.01 acres (51.40 ha) to the north
of Capps Lane and south of Bratton Road.

highway and includes a concrete yard and

drilled to Spring Barley, following a crop

the north of Bratton Road and directly
opposite Lot 1. The land lot is split into six

for grazing cattle in recent years.
