This contemporary residence is a masterpiece of modern architecture, designed by Gabriel Kogan, Guilherme Pianca and Clara Werneck, in collaboration with interior designer Susanna Crestani and developer Mira Properties. The house reveals itself discreetly on the façade, presenting a minimalist volume that anticipates its modern nature. Upon entering, you are guided by a sequence of visual frames that highlight the frontality and depth of the space, creating an immersive and harmonious experience. On the ground floor, the social areas are integrated into a lush garden designed by Rodrigo Oliveira, while the upper floor houses the bedrooms, offering privacy and comfort. Here, every detail was designed to unite form and function. Wooden panels serve as doors or shelves, the cement floor reveals its raw essence, and the large glass spans with the tropical modernist tradition, connecting the interior to the greenery outside. In the kitchen and bathrooms, materials were chosen to ensure durability, easy maintenance and a timeless look. More than a simple reinterpretation of Brazilian modernism, it represents a fusion of international influences from Japan to Europe , reflecting the search of the new generation of architects for their own innovative language.
