The interior of the villa is a calming blend of modern furnishings and artwork in an open living space with spectacular mahogany vaulted ceilings and wood trim. The open kitchen is designed for entertaining with a huge granite countertop island, 8 leather bar stools, GE Monogram appliances and rich mahogany cabinetry. There is a separate bar area around the corner from the kitchen for the wine connoisseurs and mixologists at heart. The living room area has a huge sectional sofa and custom mahogany entertainment wall that also serves as bookshelves or a display for objet d’art. The main bedroom and beautifully finished ensuite bathroom is located behind the kitchen area offering a private retreat. There are 2 additional bedrooms, each with their own luxurious ensuite bathrooms located on the other end of the Villa beyond the livingroom space. There is also a “bunk room” accessed from the rear of the villa through a sliding door that is the perfect kids hangout with 4 custom built double bunk beds. The exterior living space of Azimuth Villa is just as impressive with the centerpiece being the infinity edge pool that seems to flow into the beautiful turquoise waters of the canal below. The pool is flanked by a large circular fire pit and sitting area on one end and a smaller fire pit table on the other. The canal frontage is set up for 2 Personal watercraft with roll on docks and a Davit to hoist the PWCs onto custom built cradles that can be rolled into the garage when not in use. Also included are paddleboards and kayaks to take full advantage of the calm clear waters of the canal. At 120’ wide, there is ample room to dock a large boat or install a boat lift to take full advantage of the canalfront lifestyle. Azimuth Villa has been short term rented sparingly when the owners are not in residence.
