The Bali House is a private sanctuary within Christophe Harbour where island living meets Balinese inspired design. Set on the point within the Marina, it offers privacy, serenity, and uninterrupted sea views. The estate is arranged as a collection of four guest suites surrounding the main house.


Master Suite 1 (sleeps 2): Across the pool, the Master Suite includes two pavilions, the first featuring a super king bed and ensuite, encapsulated by a panoramic balcony overlooking the bay. The second spa pavilion features a deep soaking tub and an indoor and outdoor shower.

Guest Suite 2 (sleeps 2): Along the water’s edge, this suite offers a super king bed, an unencroached overwater balcony, and an ensuite with deep soaking jacuzzi tub and shower.

Guest Suite 3 (sleeps 6): Nestled within the front courtyard, a two-story guest suite includes a four-poster king bedroom, a loft with two queen beds, a private bathroom, and living area.



Guest Suite 4 (sleeps 8): Across the courtyard, the fourth guest suite offers a queen bedroom, a bunk room with two twin-over-full beds, a private bathroom, and a living room.



The heart of the estate is the expansive main house, designed for gathering, cooking, and unwinding in complete comfort. A chef’s dream kitchen stretches across the central pavilion, featuring a unique marble countertop island, professional-grade appliances, and generous prep space ideal for private chef service. Warm wood beams, soft natural light, and open sightlines create an inviting flow between the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas.



The living and dining spaces open onto the garden through wide glass doors, allowing fresh breezes and panoramic views to become part of the room. An adjacent private office provides a quiet workspace when needed, while the dedicated media room offers a cosy retreat for movie nights, complete with satellite TV, streaming services, and a comfortable pull-out sofa for overflow guests.



A lagoon-style pool winds toward the bay, framed by lush tropical plantings and complete with submerged loungers and an adjacent jacuzzi. Multiple terraces and decks extend from the main house, offering sun-soaked seating, shaded dining areas, and uninterrupted views across the water and the rolling green hills beyond.



A private dock sits just beyond the gardens, allowing seamless arrivals by boat and accommodating vessels up to 50ft in 8ft of calm water. Whether dining alfresco, relaxing by the pool, or enjoying a quiet moment on the waterfront, the outdoor spaces feel serene, private, and deeply connected to the landscape.


The home is just minutes from the restaurants and amenities of Christophe Harbour, including The Pavilion Beach Club, a seaside restaurant and pool overlooking Sandy Bank Bay. Guests can also experience a premier Italian dining experience on the hillside at the acclaimed Orchid Bay Beach House, a short drive up the peninsula. Heading towards the beach, guests can enjoy a casual waterfront-style dining at The Fisherman’s Village at the Park Hyatt Resort, or a more laid-back beachside vibe at Spice Mill Restaurant or Reggae Beach Bar & Grill. The Bali House is enhanced by curated art, custom furnishings, and discreet technology. The property can accommodate eighteen to twenty guests (leveraging the media room) in comfort and privacy.
