RENTAL CONDITIONS:

Provide a credit reference and proof of employment within 5 days of an accepted Promise to Lease.

Provide proof of tenant insurance at lease signing and upon each renewal.

If applicable, the cost of repairing any damages other than normal wear and tear will be paid by the Tenant.

All ordinary repairs will be the responsibility of the Tenant. The Tenant must use service providers approved by the Landlord.

Repairs to appliances, heating system, AC, and others (except in cases of misuse) will be the responsibility of the Landlord.

NON-SMOKING property (tobacco/marijuana or other).

No subletting permitted, short- or long-term, including Airbnb or similar, without Landlord's approval.

No painting allowed without Landlord's consent.

Tenant must accept and sign the building rules at the time of lease signing.
