Casa Carlita is one of those places that instantly feels like home. This charming 2-bedroom villa is tucked away in the beautiful 506 Tennis Complex and is the perfect size for a relaxing vacation-not too big, not too small, just right.
If you love tennis, you'll feel right at home here. Just a short walk from the villa, you'll pass the unique tennis-shaped pool, wander through the lush tropical gardens, and arrive at what many consider a little tennis paradise. The courts are run by Maria and her wonderful coach, Facundo, whose passion for the sport creates a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
Whether you're looking for your own vacation escape or a property to share with like-minded tennis enthusiasts, Casa Carlita offers the best of both worlds. It's a place where mornings start with a walk to the courts, afternoons are spent by the pool, and evenings are all about enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
There's also room to grow, with the possibility of adding a third bedroom on one side of the property, making it even more versatile for family, guests, or future rental income.
If you're looking for a home where you can enjoy an active lifestyle, meet wonderful people, and embrace the beauty of Costa Rica, Casa Carlita might just be the place you've been searching for.
I'd love to show you around-schedule a visit and come experience Casa Carlita for yourself!
