THE PLOT & BUILD PROCESS.

The plot and build purchase breaks down the guide price of the properties at Yarnells Hill into two separate purchases and figures - one figure for the land and another for the build contract (the construction and completion of your home). In this instance at Yarnells Hill, the total guide price is split straight down the middle - 50/50.
50% of the overall guide price for the land and once completion on the land takes place, the remaining 50% to enter into the build contract with the developer is required across staged payments throughout the build.
