All 3 units in good shape. No outstanding maintenance issues with any of the tenants. The back roof and gutter need some repair. Unit 1 is in the process of moving out, to be out by the end of March. Unit 2 has been there for 13 years and would like to stay; it is the unit with another one-year lease in place. Unit 3 is month-to-month, but they would like to stay on. The building has off-street parking in the back. No laundry hookups in any of the units. Basement access is around the back through cellar doors. Use caution with the doors and when accessing the basement. The owner pays for water and garbage. The owner is also currently paying for units 2 and 3's electricity and gas. These bills were supposed to be passed on to the tenants, but there was a mix-up.
