In the north-western part of Croatia, in a small suburb, not far from the town of Bjelovar, there is a complex of rural tourism, spread over 70,000 m2 of land and consists of 4 buildings. Beautiful nature, clean air and the atmosphere of rural life, yet close enough to the city make this complex ideal for a family outing or a quiet place for business people. The first building consists of a restaurant and a well-equipped wine cellar (150 m2) and two double rooms on the first floor, built in 2010. The restaurant is decorated in a traditional style and is designed for business receptions and various celebrations, as well as for visiting groups of excursionists and tourists. The other object has an area of 240 m2 and is spread over two floors. It consists of auxiliary kitchens, toilet, a salon for 25 people on the ground floor and a conference hall for 40 people on the floor. The third object is currently used as a playroom for children. In the fourth object, which extends over 180 m2 of living space, on two floors, there are 5 double rooms, categorized with 4 *, fully equipped with massage bathtubs, LCD TVs, minibar, air conditioning and have a private terrace overlooking the scenic landscape. Vineyards are located on four locations, totaling 5 hectares and 34,000 vines. The complex also has a campsite.
