Land of 2500 m2 located in Sumartin, a small and peaceful town along the border of the construction area on the southeast side of the island of Brač. It is 10 minutes walking distance from the beach and the sea. Due to the excellent location of this land and the fact that it is located next to the construction border, a beautiful, open view of the sea, mountains and coastal area of Makarska is guaranteed. All infrastructure is provided; electricity and water, and access road to the land. Nearby are numerous bays that are characterized by beautiful pebble stone, the azure blue color of the clear sea and the intoxicating scents of the surrounding pines. The island of Brac is well connected with the neighboring islands, as well as with the cities of Split (county and macro-regional center) and Makarska, via Supetar and Sumartin, either by ferry or catamaran lines. From Sumartin to Makarska, in the middle of the tourist season, catamaran sails five times a day. Today, due to its ferry port, along with Supetar and Bol, Sumartin represents the door of the island of Brac. The economic basis is agriculture, viticulture, olive growing, fishing and tourism. Also, in 2019, the Government of the Republic of Croatia launched a project of reconstruction and construction of roads Supetar – Pucisca – Povlja – Sumartin on the island of Brac, which will connect ferry ports Supetar and Sumartin and cargo port Veselje and also connect ten smaller towns, which will enable better migration of population, availability of more services and improve quality of life.
