House upgrades since 2018 The pool has been resurfaced and new glow in the dark tile added. Along with a pool light added. The primary bedroom inside has been redone to update the bathroom which has its own separate water heater and new plumbing to it. The entire house has been repainted on the inside. We updated the main living area and two bedrooms furniture. We put in new countertops in the kitchen. Added the wine fridge. Installed a new double oven that also acts as a microwave. Retiled the entire outside living area this year. Updated all lights and ceiling fans inside and out. Added outside speakers. Had the entire ceiling revarnished and sealed. We had the solar and Tesla batteries installed. Recently had the cisterns resealed. Installed new outside lighting last year. The house has a traditional back up water heater and we installed a solar water heater. Added two Washing machines and Dryers This year we repainted the outside of the house. We added new AC systems in the rooms that did not have them. Updated the counter tops so double sinks could be added in several exterior bathrooms. There is also a mosquito system in the pump room. It works but needs to be maintained if they want to use it. Its pretty easy but is an owner managed item. We use non toxic plant based products for it. We use it when we are there we don't have it up and running all year when guests are there. Additionally in 2018, before we bought it, it had a new roof put on. And it has Hurricane windows. There are 3 pieces of Art that are excluded: the black and white picture of elephants by Art Wolfe, and the two pictures in the living room one is a John Richter and the other is a Peter Lik. Those could be negotiable as we can replace them but currently the plan is to take them. The Jeep is also available to purchase, or we can have it shipped back.
