This property is located in the Nine Mile district of Northern Southland, at the foot of the Hokonui Hills. The farm is of excellent shape with the forty-four aside herringbone dairy shed located in a central location. The soil types are relatively well balanced between moderately deep loams to shallower light soils. One of the key features is the quality of the three homes all built between 2016 and 2017 when the farm was converted. The farm system implemented is a low input, low cost with low levels of supplement feed used.
