The residence is arranged across two principal wings that separate the private and social areas of the home. One wing accommodates the bedrooms, while the other contains the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living spaces, all oriented toward uninterrupted Ionian views. At the centre of the composition, a glass-enclosed internal courtyard introduces natural light deep into the interior and visually draws the surrounding landscape into the core of the house.
Wide sliding openings connect the living areas directly to expansive terraces and the swimming pool, positioned to face the horizon and the changing evening light across the sea. The terraces are integrated gently into the slope of the land, creating multiple outdoor seating areas sheltered from the wind and framed by olive trees and native planting.
A lower level introduces an additional guest bedroom and secondary living area, allowing flexibility for family and visitors. The material palette remains consistent throughout, combining contemporary detailing with natural textures that reflect the tones of the surrounding hillside.
