This property hasn't seen the market for over 20 years and is a perfect opportunity for someone. This 4 acre homesite has panoramic views of the valley, while having gentle enough topography for most of your acreage dreams. Road access is well maintained, while being remote enough to feel like you get away from it all everyday! The area is developed enough to have easy access to power. Motivated seller has held this for a long time, and needs to move on to other projects. This great lot is being sold for well below the price from 20 years ago, and they might even carry the note if the terms are right.
