A charming tile mural by the front gate heralds the delightful character of this single-level townhome, with two courtyards, in centrally-situated Via Caballero. An elegant front foyer with Nichos, vigas, latillas and banco seating leads over Saltillo tile to a light-filled living/dining area with high, Viga-topped ceilings, a kiva fireplace and access to a private rear courtyard with a pergola-shaded patio. In the kitchen, a new stainless steel double oven, new dishwasher, new refrigerator (updated photo coming) and new ventilation hood join the existing gas cooktop. Each of the two bedrooms has a full, ensuite bathroom. When not in use by its owner, this property has been lightly rented short term to positive reviews.
