Set on 2.58 acres in Santa Fe's desirable Northwest hills, this exceptional homesite offers sweeping mountain and sunset views and an ideal setting for a custom home and casita. Surrounded by the beauty of the high-desert landscape, the property enjoys a wonderful sense of open space while remaining conveniently close to the Santa Fe Plaza. Road frontage on two sides of the parcel provides unusual flexibility in site planning, creating an ideal opportunity to thoughtfully position the main residence and casita for privacy while taking full advantage of the property's views and natural setting. Unlike many of the surrounding estate communities, there are no HOA dues, while reasonable covenants and restrictions are in place to help preserve property values and the character of the area. Located in an established area of distinctive homes and estate-sized properties, 9-A Paseo del Pajaro offers the increasingly rare combination of acreage, views and convenient access to Santa Fe. The historic Plaza, dining, shopping, galleries, and cultural attractions are all within easy reach. A beautiful canvas for contemporary architecture or timeless Santa Fe style, this exceptional property presents an opportunity to build a home uniquely suited to its remarkable high-desert setting. Preliminary building plans for a custom home are available and attached.
