The Last Buck Ranch offers a well-designed and highly improved family or corporate retreat with recreational opportunities. The Ranch is centrally located, about equidistance from Los Angeles and San Francisco. Perched within the hills of the Central Coast of California it is a short drive from the famous, small, rural community of Creston, California. Creston features two of the Central Coast’s finest western themed eating establishments, along with an annual Rodeo that draws folks from all over California.

The Ranch features 160 acres with six legal underlying parcels. The main home is a well-appointed custom log home built upon a hilltop that features panoramic views of the surrounding rural areas. Near the main home is also a guest unit, as well as a very unique train car that has been tastefully converted into living quarters. These improvements are solar powered with back up batteries and an auxiliary generator powered by propane. Near the main home is also a storage building that provides shelter for your off-road and other vehicles.

There is also another guest log home in the farmstead area as well as a two-story barn with an additional living quarters. The Last Buck Ranch also has a shop, storage building, log horse barn, mare motel, corrals and an arena for your equestrian needs. There is a highly developed water system with two wells that supply two water tank farms with a total of 45,000 gallons storage capacity. The older 20+/- acre vineyard planting needs replanting but offers the owner the opportunity to choose their own varieties.

The Ranch is located upon a paved county-maintained road and features a private gated entrance with a decorative metal gate with an automatic opener.

The Ranch offers many recreational opportunities that can include equestrian and cattle grazing uses, small game hunting and roads for off-road vehicle uses.
