Both lots offer water and electric hookups, with 50-amp 240V, 30-amp 120V, and 20-amp 120V outlets available. A large deck and storage shed are already in place with plenty of space to create your own seasonal setup. With the water back at Sanford Lake, one of the biggest highlights is access to the campground's private beach, along with a boat launch, dock access, and fishing. The campground is open May 1 through October 31, with year-round storage available to owners. Other amenities include trails, playgrounds, a basketball court, pavilion, bathhouses, public restrooms, and plenty of activities and events hosted throughout the active season.
