Two modern villas with spectacular sea and islands views are located on the small island of Žižanj which can be reached only by private boat, allowing you to fully unwind and absorb the unspoiled natural environment and impressive views in complete privacy.
Due to their modern floor plan, villas offer maximum space utilization and functionality providing the utmost comfort of stay all year round. Villas are built on a 47.500 m2 olive orchard that additionally enhances an authentic Mediterranean experience.
Villa A accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children (on a sofa bed) and it comprises two double rooms, one bathroom, a large open concept living area with kitchen and dining room. This villa cannot be rented separately and it will be closed if you book only villa B.
Villa B (can be rented separately) accommodates up to 6 adults and 2 children (on a sofa bed ) and it consists of three double bedrooms, three bathrooms and a spacious open concept living room with kitchen and dining area. If you rent only this villa, the other villa remains closed during your stay allowing you to enjoy complete privacy.
Guests can enjoy 4x10 meter infinity swimming pool and a 580 meter beach located just in front of the villas. Villas are surrounded by 300 square meter terrace area, two covered patios, one of them with a large barbecue area. Villas are fully equipped with modern appliances allowing you to spend carefree holidays with your loved ones. During colder periods, floor heating is also available. If you want to participate in pruning and picking of the olives, you can try it out between October 10th and November 10th or from March 10th to April 10th and the owners will offer you a special discount for the accommodation and one complimentary lunch or dinner in the orchard.
The easiest way to reach the island of Žižanj is to come to Biograd na Moru (from Zadar airport or directly by car) and from there, the guests will be picked up by boat and brought to the island (ca. 20-minute boat ride). It is also possible to arrange a private boat with a skipper who will be at the guests' disposal during their stay.
