The homestead consists of a main house and a separate guest house with numerous outbuildings.
The guest house is successfully managed from April to October. The very well placed website will of course also support your success.
Another large barn is ready for expansion which is currently used as a workshop/ studio/ garaging and storage area.
The renovations have been carried out to a high standard throughout using a lot of reclaimed wood and authentic finishes.  There is double glazing, central heating and fireplaces in the main rooms. The decor throughout is fresh and colourful and the rooms have an airy feel.
A focal point is a large covered terrasse used as a dining and living area with an enormous fireplace in front of the kitchen allowing for it to be used most of the year. The main entrance to the house has the original wooden door. Inside the corridor leads to a lounge again with a large fireplace with a bull in wood burner, a fully fitted dining cherry wood kitchen, a walk in pantry, utility area and cave and a shower room.  There is a further office and bedroom with views to the mountains.  A restored staircase takes you up to the balcony overlooking the mountains and to the master bedroom with Juliette balcony, with dressing area off and adjacent large elaborate ensuite bathroom.  There is a further twin bedroom again with views to the Pyrenees.   The space to the rear and end of the property could easily be developed to provide more accommodation on both levels. 

Relax by the pool with views to the summit of the Pyrenees. In the park-like garden you will find a place for every mood. Sittings in a quiet atmosphere with a wonderful view are available in the shade or sunshine. Flower beds, rose beds with many plants and flower meadows will delight your senses.The ground is fully enclosed. There is a well for watering the garden.
