Lounge and dining areas open directly onto terraces and water features, creating a constant visual relationship with the surrounding gardens.
Five bedroom suites are arranged to maximise privacy and natural light, each designed with integrated dressing areas, soft neutral finishes, and large openings toward landscaped terraces or internal courtyards. The atmosphere throughout remains quiet and minimal, with carefully controlled lighting and concealed architectural detailing contributing to the sense of calm.
One of the defining elements of Pandora is its dual pool concept. Outdoors, the main swimming pool extends alongside the principal terraces and garden spaces, reflecting the architecture and creating a continuous connection between water and structure. Inside, a second heated pool functions as a private spa environment, enclosed by curved glazing, stone walls, and filtered natural light. The experience is closer to that of a private wellness retreat than a conventional residential pool.
The villa incorporates advanced smart home technology, integrated security systems, underfloor heating and cooling, and energy-efficient design specifications achieving an A+ energy rating. Despite its strong architectural identity, the property remains highly functional, designed for both full-time living and seasonal use on the Riviera.
