DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS
The country house (306 sqm – 3,293 sqft, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms) is laid over two floors. On the ground floor, two French windows open into a generous living room with fireplace. A short corridor, with a bathroom on the right, leads to a spacious dining room with open-plan kitchen, also accessed via a separate door directly from outside. On the opposite side from the door, a French window opens onto the paved pergola, used as an outdoor dining area.
Via a staircase in the living room or by the stone staircase outside one gets to the first floor, fully used as a sleeping area. Here we can find a huge master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom with private bathroom, three bedrooms and a bathroom.
With independent access, on the ground floor, is also a technical room for the systems of the house that can also be used as a storage room.

The building has been recently restored, preserving all of its original features. The stone walls, covered in creepers, have been cleaned and valorized while inside it was decided to keep the original terracotta floors and the wooden beams on the ceilings.

The property comes with the possibility of rebuilding a collapsed outbuilding to be used as a guesthouse. It is worth noting that the ruin is not visible at all from the house.

EXTERIORS
The country house is surrounded by a well-maintained garden, decorated with flowers and plants and marked by typical stone walls. Just a few steps from the house is the saltwater 12 × 6 m swimming pool with a stone-paved sunbathing area and view over the surrounding hills.
The property covers approximately 3.6 hectares of land (8.9 acres) where one can also find 40 olive trees to produce a small quantity of olive oil for private use. The current owners have an agreement with a local farmer who takes care of the agricultural land.
