In the island with many Greek etymologies from which it would then be named Lipari, and among the most evocative streets of the splendid center, there is a refined apartment with a patio. The property rises on two levels via a marble staircase that takes us to the many rooms. On the ground floor there are two large bedrooms which also have each a living room and en-suit bathroom to fully enjoy the privacy. Once on the first floor, we find the fulcrum of the house, the bright dining room that overlooks the patio and the kitchen. The house is completed by the presence of a small cave, the third bedroom, with a typical Sicilian "cannucciato" roof accessible from the dining area as well as the internal garden for relaxing in the hottest moments of the day. Lipari is easily reachable from the most important Sicilian harbours through the hydrofoil or small boats.
