The Smiddy is an attractive semi-detached stone built cottage situated in a wonderful quiet location close to North Berwick. The cottage has a lovely setting on the edge of fields and faces south to the Lammermuir Hills as well as north and east over the surrounding land to Tantallan Castle and the Bass Rock.

The grounds are entered through a secure gate where there is a front garden and path to a vestibule on the south side of the house. Beyond the vestibule is a hallway with doors off to the bedroom, family bathroom and sitting room. The sitting room is double aspect and has a lovely outlook as well as a wood burning stove which provides warmth in the winter months.
