The reserve is 2ha+ (6 acres) of pure Costa Rican tropical jungle located strategically within 15 minutes of Montezuma and 20 minutes to the world famous Santa Teresa and Mal País towns and beaches.
The reserve has 135 meters (445ft) of the Río Lajas flowing past it, a natural spring, and a hand-dug artesan well fully registered.
