Oka Haus will be designed in a way that will allow residents to reconnect with nature by incorporating lush greenery and gardens into the building’s facilities. There will be five communal floors in total (ground, 8th, 22nd, 47th, and roof top), with each floor containing a garden. The 47th floor will be the location of a co-working space, a co-kitchen, and a sky lounge. To take advantage of the view, the rooftop floor will house the theatre lawn, where residents and their friends will be able to huddle together and watch a movie outdoors under the stars.

Most facilities will be concentrated on the eighth floor and it is here that residents will be able to find the leisure pool that includes not only a 40m. lap pool but also a kids pool. The highlight of the leisure pool is not the fact that it comes with two swimming pools, but is the hydrotherapy zone.
