All Plywood is 3/4 inch pressure treated and all interior, and exterior lumber is pressure treated. The roof is engineered for 180 M.P.H. wind loads with the highest rated tie downs that Simpson strong ties makes, most are stainless.
The walls are 5,000 P.S.I. concrete with fiberglass, from the top of the house, to the bottom with 2 inch dense foam added to all exterior walls, both inside, and outside.

All walls, and ceilings, interior, and exterior are covered with concrete board, no drywall and all electrical is upgraded above code.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, fridge and microwave, while the laundry room features a washer and dryer. Ceiling fans are Hunter original exterior grade with solid teak blades and Mahogany interior doors are trimmed with Ipe. All kitchen cabinets, and bathroom vanities are solid plywood with Maple doors.

There are commercial gutters and a 20,000 gallon cistern. An emergency back up 15 KW Perkins diesel generator can run the whole house. The 22'X14' outbuilding is used as a studio and finished in the same fashion as the house.
