In front of the main villa and set within the manicured tropical gardens, the pool deck and beach gazebo offer ample outdoor entertaining space, steps away from the reef protected waters of Friendship Beach. The pool deck and the beach gazebo feature day loungers, outdoor speakers and pool shower.

In addition to the main villa, the standalone 1,100sqft 2 bedroom guest cottage offers further accommodation. Named Eden House, it is an old historic house once belonging to Sir Anthony Eden, a former British Prime Minister. It has been recently extensively renovated. Both bedrooms feature king size beds and air conditioning with the main suite featuring an en suite bathroom. The ground floor has a sitting room, fully equipped kitchen and a very spacious verandah looking out over the Southern Grenadines.

The main villa and guest cottage are connected by a small drawbridge.

The property also contains a small beach hut with a hammock deck next to the guest cottage, ideal for a tranquil afternoon.

The property has its own cistern with ample water storage.
