A few steps down, you enter the living room, which boasts a warm oak wood floor. There's a fireplace and a sliding door leading to the terrace. Through the classic room-divider doors, you access the side room. From this room, you can step out onto the veranda.

The landing provides access to 3 bedrooms, a dressing room/closet room, a built-in closet, and the toilet with a small sink (2021). The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom (2021) includes a walk-in shower with a glass pivot door, double washbasins, and a designer radiator. One of the bedrooms has a built-in closet and is currently used as a study. On the other side, there's a dressing room/closet room and a bedroom. An open staircase leads to the second floor. The entire first floor is covered with laminate flooring (2021).

Second floor:
Landing with a foldable staircase to the loft and a fixed staircase to a study room on the third floor. From the landing, you can access 2 bedrooms, the second bathroom, and a built-in closet housing the central heating boiler. The bathroom is fully tiled (2021) and features a walk-in shower with a glass door, a wide washbasin, and a toilet. The entire second floor has laminate flooring (2021).

Third floor:
Reading/study room. This space offers a view over the water and the island. On the other side, there's the loft providing storage space.

Garden:
At the front, there's a garden with plenty of greenery and a terrace, featuring various plants and access to a wooden garden shed/storage.

Waterfront Terrace:
On the deck, there's a terrace by the water with a part covered by a veranda.
