Don't delay in securing your piece of paradise. From the front gate you walk across the road then approximately 750 meters in 3 minutes time you are on the beach.
The beach is safe for water sports, fishing, swimming, kayaking or if you walk a little further across public land owned by the Department of Conservation to the sound of waves to the Ocean beach where you can surf or swim. Both beaches have white and golden sand. Boat loading facilities are in the area. School and shopping centre is at Parua Bay, a 6km drive from the beach heading inland towards Whangarei City and Airport.
Freehold sections are not easy to find on the Eastern beach. The sections are level (more or less) 940sqm and 953sqm both on offer each at a cost of $550,000 negotiable as the owner is GST registered if that helps.
