Chalk Sound National Park is a scenic natural lagoon with shallow and brilliant turquoise water and hundreds of small rocky islands located in the southwest of Providenciales (Provo). The Sound is nearly landlocked with a winding channel that connects it to the ocean and Caicos Banks to the south. Because of Chalk Sound's protected status as a national park, powered watercraft use is prohibited which creates and ideal location for as a paddle boarding or kayaking destination. Chalk Sound is also the name we use for the tranquil residential neighborhood where this 0.52 acre parcel with 114 feet of waterfrontage is located.
