Montage Cay is a 53-acre private island resort and residential community in the Abaco Islands in the Bahamas. Conveniently offshore of Marsh Harbour on Great Abaco Island, it will offer 50 all-suite accommodations and a limited collection of Montage Residences.

With a focus on bringing home comforts to the island, the Residences are designed as an open concept living environment centered around large movable glass partitions and functional layout. The intuitive spatial design allows residents to leave pretext behind and move boundlessly within their environment. Contrasting dark-toned woods and light marbles are crafted together to create a harmonious and sophisticated living space.

Arrival at Montage Cay is by yacht, seaplane, helicopter or island ferry. And if you choose to arrive by boat, you will find the nautical accommodations and services quite extensive. The 47-slip deepwater Marina accommodates vessels up to 110 feet, and provides marina services including power, freshwater, dockmaster/harbourmaster, valet service and more.

The private island features seven pristine beaches, a signature Spa Montage, fitness center, swimming pools and abundant water sports. This exclusive ultra-luxury Caribbean resort destination is scheduled to debut in late 2024.
