Finca Son Moro is located in a bucolic setting on the east central coast of Mallorca, a few kilometers from Manacor, Mallorca’s second largest town, and less than a 10-minute drive to the Rafa Nadal International School and Tennis Center. Upstairs on the first floor there is a mezzanine seating area; a master bedroom suite with fireplace, sitting room, en suite bathroom and dressing room, and an exterior terrace; and a guest bedroom with en suite bathroom and exterior terrace.
Adjacent to the main house are a dining patio, several shaded seating areas, and a wood-burning barbecue grill. A path through a mature succulent garden leads to a heated swimming pool with cover, surrounded by a large teak deck. Under the pool is a service area with a full bathroom, refrigerator and storage area, and pool equipment.
A separate building next to the parking area contains a fully equipped, heated, and air-conditioned gym, with full bathroom and storage closets en suite, which could easily be converted into a guest apartment. Also separate from the main house are several mechanical and storage rooms.
