Location

Heads Lane is a quiet lane opposite the locally renowned Inkpen Common, a wonderful nature reserve. The village of Inkpen lies on the outskirts of Kintbury and Hungerford. It has a well regarded gastro bar, coffee shop, village school and is surrounded by glorious undulating countryside. Little Eaves backs onto fields and enjoys numerous walks and bridle paths on the doorstep.

The nearby village of Kintbury has a wider range of facilities and services including the train station with direct links to Newbury, Reading and London Paddington.

There are very convenient communication links with the M4 being accessed at either Junction 13 (8 miles), or Junction 14 (6 miles), or the A34 (5 miles). The market towns of Hungerford and Newbury have a large range of shopping, recreational and sporting facilities.
