Parkcroft is situated on the northern edge of Coupar Angus. The house is south facing and set in 0.6 acres of private garden. Description

Parkcroft was built in 1986 to a unique and highly specified design. The current (second) owners of the property have enjoyed modernising and refurbishing the house over the years and it now has a fabulous bright, spacious and modern interior. On the ground floor the hallway neatly separates the living accommodation from the bedrooms. At the west end of the house is a large sitting room. On entering Coupar Angus from Perth, Dundee or the east, arrive at the mini roundabout beside the Red House Hotel and take the exit towards Blairgowrie. After about 200 metres turn left onto Bogside Road and after about 500 metres turn right onto Butterybank Road. The entrance to Parkcroft is on the left hand side after about 50m.
