For commuters Tunbridge Wells Station is about 2.4 miles and has regular services to Charing Cross and Cannon Street via London Bridge. The popular Centaur commuter bus also has a pick-up point within the village.

Private and state schools: Langton Green has a village Primary School rated 'Outstanding' and the house is within immediate proximity of Holmewood House Preparatory School (entered off Holmewood Ridge with the exit via Hither Chantlers). Dating back to the late 1930s, The Gables has been a much-loved family home for our clients for over thirty-five years.
