Located in the heart of Hinterglemm sits Chalet Augustine - a charming retreat comprising a villa, chalet, and apartment. Ideally located next to the ski slopes and just steps from the Reiterkogelbahn gondola station, it offers true ski-in, ski-out convenience. The vibrant centre of Hinterglemm is just a short stroll away.

Chalet Augustine enjoys a sunny south-facing position with breath-taking views of the surrounding mountains.

The heart of the villa is its expansive living and dining area, featuring a traditional Danish stove that adds a warm, inviting ambiance. After a day on the slopes, guests can relax and unwind in the sauna. Upstairs there are three large bedrooms—each with its own en suite shower room. On the top floor, two luxurious principal suites with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows provide stunning views of the snow-covered mountains, immersing you in the beauty of the alpine landscape.

The smaller chalet also offers a welcoming space for gatherings, with a cosy living room perfect for relaxing evenings. The upper floor hosts three smaller bedrooms that share a modern shower room, while the attic level includes two charming bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub.

Completing the property is a self-contained apartment, featuring a bright and open living-dining area, three well-appointed bedrooms, and two bathrooms—providing another generous and comfortable living space ideal for families or groups.

The villa and chalet were expanded in 2010 and have since undergone extensive renovations, offering a modern blend of comfort and style. High-quality finishes, wooden floors, partial underfloor heating, and contemporary fixtures ensure a luxurious atmosphere throughout.

In the villa’s spacious living area, a traditional Danish stove adds a cosy, inviting touch. A fully equipped, stylishly integrated kitchen complements the open-plan layout, creating the perfect setting to gather after a day on the slopes—whether cooking, socialising, or simply relaxing. The chalet also includes a modern, fully fitted kitchen.

Altogether, the villa and chalet offer 11 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. The chalet features five bedrooms and two shared bathrooms, while the villa includes five individually styled bedrooms, each with its own sleek en suite bathroom. One of these bedrooms also offers an adjoining children’s room—ideal for families. At the top of the villa, two elegant principal suites with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows provide breath-taking views.

Both the villa and chalet are equipped with practical ski rooms and heated boot racks. For post-ski relaxation, each house includes its own sauna. The villa’s premium Silgmann sauna accommodates up to eight people, making it ideal for winding down in comfort.

The chalet also houses a separate apartment with a private entrance. It includes a bright and spacious living-dining area, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. A charming wood-burning stove in the kitchen adds extra warmth and character to this cosy retreat.
