Landlord provides 2 wall-mounted TVs (1 in living room, 1 in bedroom) for tenant use only. TVs remain landlord's property and are provided as-is. Not replaced if they break. Tenant may bring free-standing TV if needed no remounting allowed. Appliances covered by landlord s warranty plan. Tenant must report issues via online portal and pay deductible for service. Tenant may be liable for damage due to misuse. Landlord pays: sewer and taxes. Tenant pays: water, gas, electric, internet/phone, alarm/Ring service, lawn care, snow removal, renters insurance (required prior to move-in).
