The Lodge is situated in the hamlet of Falcutt, in the rolling South Northamptonshire countryside, which forms part of the parish of Helmdon.

Helmdon includes a parish church, a primary school and public house. The market towns of Brackley and Towcester are nearby for daily amenities and various shops including supermarkets and Towcestrians Sports Club. Banbury, Milton Keynes, Northampton and Oxford offer more extensive retail, cultural and sports opportunities.

There is a range of well-regarded schooling options. Primary Schools in Helmdon, Weedon Lois and Syresham. From the B4525 turn at the sign to Falcutt 1/4mile - go down that road and turn left at junction towards Helmdon. After approx. 300m turn first right and go all the way down the lane, over the cattle grid and The Lodge is one of the barn conversions on the left. Turn left into the first entrance and it's the barn on the right hand side.
