A transformation is underway, enhancing the association’s premises into three new high-quality residences. With a strong ambition and carefully selected materials, the homes are expected to be ready for occupancy in autumn 2025.

The association currently consists of 14 residential units and two commercial premises totaling 678 sqm. After the renovation, the total number of residential units will increase to 17. This project strengthens the association's long-term financial stability, and the new apartments will benefit from low monthly fees .
The association is a genuine housing cooperative .
Legal entities are not permitted as buyers.
The land is owned (freehold).
No decisions have been made regarding changes to the monthly fees (confirmed with the board on 2025-05-23).
