Fishbourne is accessed from the mainland via the Whitelink ferry, which take approximately 45 minutes.

Fishbourne is a small village, located on the northeast coast if the island, between Ryde and Newport. The village is served by several pubs and farm shops. Quarr Abbey is a Benedictine monastery with glorious gardens, a farm shop and a tea room.

The area offers scenic coastal views and walks and is a popular spot for sailing enthusiasts. Destinations accessible by boat, include The Hut restaurant at Colwell Bay.
